LIMITED WARRANTY
All products manufactured by Raylar are warranted by Raylar to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser only. Raylar will repair or replace, at its option, any product manufactured by Raylar returned prepaid by the original purchaser when it has been determined by Raylar at its sole discretion that the product has failed due to faulty workmanship or materials. When Raylar has determined that a returned product does have a warrantable failure, then Raylar will reimburse the purchaser for the prepaid UPS charges, repair or replace the defective part or parts and return to the purchaser, via prepaid UPS ground, the said part or parts. PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OTHER COMPANIES WHICH MAY BE INCLUDED WITH RAYLAR CYLINDER HEADS OR SOLD SEPERATLY BY RAYLAR ARE NOT WARRANTEED BY RAYLAR BUT MAY HAVE APPLICABLE WARRANTY AS PROVIDED BY THOSE MANUFACTURERS. This warranty does not cover fitness for purpose and/or merchantability on any product sold by Raylar.

This warranty excludes the following and shall be at the sole discretion of Raylar Engine Development:

1. Failure of the product due to improper installation.
2. Failure of the product due to misuse, abuse, modifications, or alterations.
3. Failure of the product due to use in racing, exhibition events or exhibitions of speed or speed contests.
4. Any removal or replacement costs.
5. Any damage to attached or related components.
6. Normal wear and tear regardless of use.
7. Costs for towing, transportation, storage, repairs or downtime of vehicle or system.
8. Any applicable warranty or reimbursement if product is repaired by others without prior written authorization by Raylar Engine Development.

IMPLIED WARRANTY
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and/or representations, express or implied including, without limitations, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose, and all other liabilities, including special or consequential damages, in connection with the sale or use of any Raylar Engine Development product. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, except those states where prohibited by law.

RETURNS
Returned merchandise sold by Raylar Engine Development will not be accepted without prior permission of Raylar and must be accompanied by a written Returned Goods Authorization and a copy of the original invoice showing items and date of sale. Return goods or products must be returned with freight or shipping charges prepaid, or they will be refused by Raylar Engine Development. A 25% handling and restocking fee shall be charged for all items approved for return except those shipment errors by Raylar.
All products approved for return must be in their original cartons unused and undamaged. Products that have been installed or used may not be returned. Custom products or special order products may not be returned.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All refunds due customers from credit card sales will be credited to the credit card account used at time of sale. Refunds due for orders paid by money orders, e-checks or cashiers checks will be refunded with our business checks. Any cancellation of an order that was placed and paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% non-refundable service charge.
