RAYLAR ENGINE KITS

Raylar engine kits can provide 496 MAG – 496 HO and 8.1L GM engine users with simple, reliable, easy to install systems that just bolt on fun and simple “plug & play” way to increase the level of power in these engines from 500 to over 600 HP.

These Raylar kits consist of special Raylar aluminum cylinder heads, intake manifolds, camshafts, rocker arm and special accessories such as cometic MLS head gaskets and ARP head bolt kits. These Raylar kits provide a complete system to allow owners of these engines to achieve incredible increases in the power, reliability and efficiency of their engine.

Raylar’s state of the art designs, product design precision manufacturing methods insure that these engine products and kits will provide many hours and years of extremely reliable service for these engines.

Raylar kits contain all of the parts and pieces necessary for these enhancements without the cutting, modifying and adaptations the some competitors products require.

• BP 103 High Performance camshaft designed to work with 496-8.1 engines fitted with stock pistons. Marine and HiPo
• R-INTK "CoolGap" intake manifold
• R170SS1-1.7 ratio SS roller rockers with nuts
• R-ARP1 re-torqueable high strength head bolts
• RCM-SS1 Cometic special MLS head gasket set


*Note: BCK 103 kit has made 525+HP on a stock Mercury 496HO ECM, re-programmed MEF14 ECM or a reprogrammed GM computer controlled vehicle with headers.

*Note: BCK 106 kit is capable of 550+ HP when used with headers on a reprogrammed Mercury 496HO or MAG ECM, a reprogrammed GM computer or reprogrammed MEF14 marine ECM.
